This is the site of Laboratory of Semiconductor Quantum Physics.
We aim to realize quantum information processing using the spin of electrons, holes, excitons, and atomic nuclei in semiconductor nanometer-scale structures.
To freshmen of Hokkaido University: We recommend surveying many departments/courses without narrowing objects in advance. We will welcome you to our course.
